During our first meeting we’ll discuss your goals, your requirements and your personal style preferences. We’ll view physical samples and inspiration images, we’ll consider some options to pursue and narrow them down based on your budget constraints. From this consultation we will come up with a preliminary design and a ballpark estimate.

1st DEPOSIT &

COMPREHENSIVE SITE VISIT

After our initial meeting you will receive a preliminary price estimate for cabinetry and any other elements we discussed. For example, you may be interested in countertops, flooring, tile, and hardware, in addition to cabinetry. If the preliminary estimate works for your budget and timeline, we will be ready to move forward to the second step, which will require a monetary retainer for further design development. It’s at this point that we really start to get granular with our design considerations.

A site visit will give us all of the information we need about how to improve your space, while integrating it into the rest of your home, and what challenges we may be up against. With detailed photos and dimensions we will be able generate accurate plans for your pending renovation.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

After the site visit, we will create a mood board for your space, make additional material selections, and present our our design proposal in a few stages. After material selections have been approved, a set of scaled drawings, 3D renderings and a price quote will be sent to you for careful review, and changes and/or approval.

CONFIRMATIONS & ORDERING

Once all of the design elements and details have been discussed and approved, payment will be accepted for each element of the project and orders will be placed. A timeline will be shared with you so that you know when to expect the project to begin, how long it will take and any logistical nuances that you will want to expect.

DELIVERIES & INSTALLATION

Each part of the project has a different lead time, and we will plan to streamline deliveries as much as possible for you. Any parts that can be accepted at our workshop will be, and held until they can be accepted at the site. We will set a plan ahead of time for installation. You are welcome to use your own contractor, or you may work with our team to install your project.
